My iPhone 3G

Posted on 08 September 2009 by Tina Brunner

iPhone Screen 1I thought it would be interesting to see what other iPhone users out there use. So in this section, I thought about listing the things that I have on my phone and what I use them for, how much they were and what my thoughts are about the apps. Also, it would be wonderful for others who may be reading this to comment.

As you know, the first page usually has the basics….messages, calendar, photos, camera, youtube, notes, voice memos, contacts, calculator, weather, maps, settings, stocks, clock, app store, and itunes. Not to forget the apps that are usually on every page (unless you change them out). I have decided to leave all the apps alone as they are. It was just easier for me.  I only rearranged the first page around a little. I don’t even remember what the original first page looks like. I just know that these are the apps (except the contact app was moved to the second page after the 3.0 update) that were on the first page after I updated and restored the iPhone.

Anyways, out of all the apps on my first page. I would have to say that I use Maps quite frequently. It seems like every time we go some place new, I print the map from google and we still end up getting lost. LOL. So the maps app came in VERY handy with the GPS function. I would say that I use the camera a lot (at least I used to, until I accidently dropped it in the toilet – twice :-( so it no longer works). Oh, actually, the phone is what I use EVERY DAY, and Mail (can’t help but check my mail as soon as I hear the notification.) I also use messages frequently. Other than that, those are the apps on my first page. I look forward to writing what is on my second page. I gotta check my mail.
