I’m not sure if it will live up to everybody’s expectations. I am already disappointed it doesn’t have a desktop OS that supports some of the programs I use frequently.
I will buy another Macbook Pro before I buy an iPad because of my needs. The iPad is fantastic for what it was designed to do: browsing the internet, sharing photos, watching movies, reading books, playing games and all without the need for a mouse or trackpad. I think the iPad is just a stepping stone for what’s to come in the near future, so I wont jump to buy one this year, unless my wife makes me. LOL

Do you think the Apple iPad is going live up to all it’s hype? I am not sold yet. To me, it just looks like a larger version of the iPod touch. Are you going to get one Phillip?
